Which are skills necessary to become an effective Casino Dealer. Analytical thinking enables you to accurately calculate winning or losing hands in a matter of seconds. Casino table games are fast-paced, and the speed and accuracy with which you determine who wins and who loses affects the confidence that players have in you – and the game that you are dealing. Facilitation of the game is important for gaming revenue as Dealers whom take too long to assess winnings or who inadvertently pay out winnings can be problematic to the Casino’s overall revenue. Our program is directed at teaching you the proper techniques, fundamentals, knowledge and mannerisms necessary to gain employment at a Casino of your choice.
